Recycling Plastic Bags

Since our household recycling only allows for rigid plastic, I have been wondering where to go to get rid of my flimsy leftover plastic bags from grocery shopping, clothes shopping etc. So I have come across an awesome website called A Bag’s Life and it lets you input your zip code to find a local spot to recycle your plastic bags. The closest spot to my house was the ShopRite off Hylan Blvd. It was super easy to just quickly jump out of the car and put them in the blue recycling bin pictured here. I didn’t know this but major retailers have to provide collection bins especially ones that give out tons of plastic bags, such as grocery chains.

Here is the link I used…

Summer Yoga at Clove Lakes Park

BY DONATION

Dates: Every Saturday morning in August and September weather permitting. If it rains, then the class will be held the following Sunday morning.

Time: 8:00AM to 9:15AM

Location: Royal Oak Road and Knox Place, meet in between the two beautiful trees (see pic) and we will walk deeper into the park to settle in.

Parking: Royal Oak Road is great because there is tons of parking and the space is site distance from this street.

This will be an open level kundalini yoga class. I encourage everyone to attend regardless of age or experience. I am also prenatal certified and can tailor the practice for any mommas who show up. Upon request, I can also teach sets to help stimulate our endocrine, nervous or circulatory systems. Bring anything that would make you feel comfortable exercising outdoors such as blankets, towels, yoga mats, water, snacks, bug spray etc.

Please feel free to reach out via email on the contact page should you have any questions. SAT NAM
